I was aware of Ginny's reputation as a realtor and felt more than confident she would be excellent in selling my home (she got me well over asking after one weekend). However, I needed more than just sales assistance. Recently widowed, I needed to downsize from a large home with decades of possessions in order to relocate to a much smaller condo out of state. Ginny was able to partner me with a whole list of service providers to sort and box items (keep/donate/pitch), find a mover and clean my home, etc. In all stages she found me just the right people to make my transition smooth. I would recommend her to anyone.
