Ken and I had the pleasure of working with Ginny Jackson and her group at Baird and Warner. They had VERY good communication and planning skills for the process of selling our home of 20 years. We felt like we were in a partnership with them and we were heard. It is no small task to prepare a home for sale. Ginny and her group had an arsenal of contractors, inspectors and stagers at the ready to make the process very easy. The selling of our unique property was a year in the making. At the time our home was to be listed the gardens and landscaping would not have been putting on a show. That in mind, photos of our yard and landscaping were taken last year. It was little details like this and many others that helped Ginny and her group present our home in the best way to earn top dollar. Ginny and her group were available all hours and with their hands on real time help it made the negotiation phase effortless. We could not have asked for a better team to work with!
