Ginny did an amazing job helping my wife and I find our perfect house. Going in to the home buying process as first time buyers, the thought of this process was a little intimidating at times. From the first time we reached out and met with Ginny, she helped to relieve those stressors. As we met and mapped out what type of home we were looking for and the suburbs we were targeting, Ginny created a custom home search for us that allowed us to view potential homes and stay up to date in this fast moving market. She also helped us with our preapproval process and getting us in touch with the right people. Ginny was very responsive and available for homes that we wanted to tour, which for our quick turnaround time, was very helpful. When we found the home we decided to put an offer in on, she was able to use her expertise of the current market and even looked at comparable houses that have sold recently to help us make a good and fair offer, which was accepted. After the acceptance, Ginny and her team provided us with a shared calendar that allowed us to see all the pertinent dates for the next steps and what we had to complete to make sure we stayed on schedule and knew what to expect. From the very first meeting to closing on our house, Ginny was there with us every step of the way and was a great realtor to have by our side. Both my wife and I would highly recommend working with Ginny as you won't regret it.

Ginny is a fantastic agent. She was highly communicative and provided exactly the home we were looking for. Further, we worked with her during a long distance move, and Ginny took time to visit properties for us while using FaceTime for tours. Her willingness to go above and beyond made our transition to Naperville totally stress free. Deciding to list my home for sale was easy compared with deciding who to list it with. I knew hiring the right agent was one of the most important things I needed to do, but I was not sure who to hire. Everyone knows an agent they want to recommend to you, but I wanted to make sure I chose a true professional. After reading through many recent reviews from sellers and checking out some articles about the top teams in Naperville, I interviewed a couple of realtors. I had a tight (insane!) timeline I wanted to meet, and Ginny had the most get-it-done attitude right from the start. She made staging suggestions on the fly, recommended some inexpensive, easy improvements and had the names of contractors who could get them done for me. Her advice on how to get the most return on investment was priceless. When it came time to list, Ginny spruced my home up with some beautiful decor and hired a photographer who made my home look even more fabulous than it did when I saw it for the first time and fell in love. Her pricing suggestion was spot-on. Because of Ginny's marketing, my house was the number 2 local home in showings for its opening weekend (its only weekend) - and number 1 was another of Ginny's! Ginny knows what she is doing and knows her market - she knows how to sell a home in Naperville!
