Once in a lifetime experience! We are convinced that there is no real estate agent like Ginny! We are first home buyers and we had a bit of a complicated situation with the home search since we were moving from New York City to Naperville. One of our biggest fears was the fact that we would not be able to react on time and that the houses that we like would go off the market by the time we get to see them. With the current market, houses were sold in a matter of hours. Ginny suggested that we should visit Naperville and she will take care of showing us the houses that will give us the best picture of what we should look online since we were not familiar with the area at all. Imagine landing, checking into your hotel room, and the receptionist at the hotel tells you: "Your real estate agent left you a present". Sweets were fantastic! :) Folks, Ginny drove us around Naperville, showed us as many houses as we could possibly see (in our first visit she was able to fit in 12 houses for us to see in one day). After this, we knew exactly what the next step would be in buying the house since she shared all sorts of scenarios that we could have. She showed us neighborhoods, restaurants, stores and acted as a tour guide for us! When the home that we liked appeared on the market and we texted her, Ginny was on site right away! Not only did she do a video tour with us, but she was able to find the way to book times for us in a timely manner so we flew from New York to Naperville, saw the home and put the offer in. All of that happened in practically 24 hours. She sat with us and helped us make an offer. While we were waiting for the response, she was texting us every hour to assure us that everything will be good. For first home buyers, this was a feeling that no other experience can replace. We felt like there was someone literally holding our hand and taking care of the process while we were able to dream about what tiles would be in a kitchen or what carpet would look best in the living room! :) After the offer was placed wherever we mentioned her name (inspection, lawyers, movers), we heard a smile in people's voices. That's when we confirmed that this is her regular practice and that Ginny is highly respected in her industry and community representing both sellers and buyers. For us, the experience that we thought would be stressful, turned out to be one of the most enjoyable experiences that we ever had. It's a white glove service that should be shown as an example of how customer service is done on the highest possible level. Thank you for everything, Ginny!
