We recently had the pleasure of working with Ginny Jackson and the Baird Warner team when we purchased our new home and sold our old one here in Naperville, Illinois. The expert knowledge that Ginny and the team brought into the equation helped us to understand the market and the processes that had to be completed to close the deal. Regardless of the questions we had or the roadblocks we encountered, Ginny was right there to provide an answer or a realistic path forward to resolve it. We knew the first time Ginny came to talk with us about selling our home that she was the realtor we would choose. She was prepared with comps for our area, was personable, pleasant and professional. Her knowledge of the market helped us arrive at the fair market value of our home. During the selling process, Ginny was always available to answer questions and guide us. Her resources for contractors to help us through the staging, selling and moving process were all spot on! If we were to need a realtor in the area again, we would DEFINITELY use Ginny.
