My wife and I were blown away by the diligence, attention to detail, generosity, creativity, staging help, responsiveness, and love from Ginny. Ginny was extremely pleasant to work with. We started looking for homes at the end of the summer in 2019 and she was able to find us two separate homes that we considered as dream homes. She was patient, kind and extremely in sync with our needs and wants. Unfortunately, we do not plan on moving anytime in the next 30 years but want to recommend her to everyone/anyone else in the world trying to buy their home. FYI - She was able to sell our starter home in 6 days when Covid-19 started to become a threat in the US. You will not be sorry for choosing her and the Baird & Warner Team to secure your new home.

Hey.. if you are looking for a competent, friendly, and pleasantly professional real estate agent.. Ginny is who you want helping you! Not only was she at every appointment either early or on time, she really has a knack for narrowing down what you are looking for, and isn't pushy to show you things you don't want. Ginny was able to get my family what we needed and when we started getting close to the date of lease end, she had complete confidence that we would find what we required within budget and covering all "nicer to have/want to haves".
