My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and totally na?ve to the home buying process. We actually found Ginny's name after googling realtors and seeing her great reviews. The reviews are definitely true!! Working with Ginny was wonderful - she was patient and walked us through every step of the home buying process, even meeting with us in person to answer all of our questions and actually gave us info sheets about the process! She was also extremely knowledgeable about the local market and walked us through how the current market was performing. She was so flexible and patient showing us many homes, and we felt she really had our best interests at heart...she wasn't even shy about pointing out potential concerns about homes we saw! She was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns we had during the buying process and even after the fact. We love the home we ended up buying with Ginny, and would enthusiastically recommend her to any homebuyer!
