The Bruno Ghighi Team recently helped us sell our home in Naperville, Illinois. From start to finish the process was professional, efficient, thorough and painless. We didn't even make the official MLS listings before we had an acceptable offer. Having bought and sold ten houses in the past, by comparison, They are outstanding in every respect, To begin with, They helped us evaluate the market, prepare the house for showings (we only had two) and once the process began, stayed in close communication with us (always enough, never too much). Impressively, they engaged with all parties in a very professional and effective manner including the buyers agent, our attorney, on-site inspection professionals and anyone else involved in the process. All of this resulted in a very successful outcome. Along with communication, the marketing materials, including the listing details and the photography and videography, were very professional and did an excellent job showcasing the best features of the house. In summary, we couldn't have been more pleased with the effort and support from received. Perhaps our only complaint was that we were not expecting to sell so quickly and now have to expedite our relocation plans...a nice problem to have. We would recommend the Bruno Ghighi team for real estate services without hesitation.
