We chose Ginny Jackson to sell our home because she not only had several years experience selling homes in Naperville but also in our neighborhood, Winding Creek. That point was important to us. We met Ginny after calling on a for-sale sign she recently placed in front of a house down the street from ours. I noticed the sign while walking our dog. I called the number and was impressed to hear from Ginny that that house was already under contract. She was also listing another home a few blocks away which also sold with in a few days. When Ginny told us that she had once lived in Winding Creek and raised her family there we came to the realization that Ginny Jackson was the best realtor to sell our home. She knew our neighborhood, the people, the schools, the benefits of Winding Creek and was currently closing on two homes there. We were quite impressed. While preparing our home for sale Ginny advised us on the colors for paint, carpeting, and hardwood flooring. She made suggestions to change two light fixtures and informed us that these are the things that today's home buyers want to see.
