Ginny exceeded my expectations in every way. Her kind, professional demeanor made it so easy to work with her. Her knowledge of the market as a whole and specifically my community, was invaluable as I tried to navigate selling my house. I entirely trusted her in every way to sell my home, and she did for more than I could have imagined! At every stage, Ginny communicated with me to inform me, advise me and support me in the process. I would recommend Ginny a thousand times over!! My husband and I have moved severally times with his job . We have bought and sold ten homes . We moved here about five years ago from abroad. We ended up using Ginny to sell that home and buy the one we are in now for the last year and half . I had the best experience by far with Ginny out of all of the realtors I have ever used! It was such a great and easy process with her and she was so nice and pleasant to work with. What I loved so much about it was I just felt so informed all along the way about the process on both ends of selling and buying our home. The whole process was just so easy ! Ginny has a great team of people she works with. She sent a lady over to give suggestions to declutter and help stage our home which was so helpful. And the home photos turned out great! We really liked the lawyer that she suggested we use for closing . Ginny knows a lot about Naperville, all about the great neighborhoods and is really in the know with everything in the area . If I hadn't used Ginny as my realtor, I most likely wouldn't have gotten the home we have now. I wasn't the only one that wanted this house and am forever grateful for Ginny fighting for me to help make it happen.

My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and totally naive to the home buying process. We actually found Ginny's name after googling realtors and seeing her great reviews. The reviews are definitely true!! Working with Ginny was wonderful - she was patient and walked us through every step of the home buying process, even meeting with us in person to answer all of our questions and actually gave us info sheets about the process! She was also extremely knowledgeable about the local market and walked us through how the current market was performing. She was so flexible and patient showing us many homes, and we felt she really had our best interests at heart...she wasn't even shy about pointing out potential concerns about homes we saw! She was extremely responsive to all questions and concerns we had during the buying process and even after the fact. We love the home we ended up buying with Ginny, and would enthusiastically recommend her to any homebuyer!

Ginny was amazing in every way! She did a great job helping us understand current market conditions, our specific neighborhood and what made it unique (and desirable!), and laid out the entire sales process so we really knew what to expect each step of the way. She brought in a professional stager that gave us great suggestions for what to remove, what little things we could do to raise our profit, and how to get the home ready for the First Showing- the online listing. Her photographer took gorgeous photos of our house from all the right angles and made it shine. She had great strategies on when to put the house on market, how to set up showings, doing an open house and calling for "best and highest offer" so we could look at all the offers and, with her expert help, navigate the best offer. (35k over asking) She was always available and really walked through the whole process with us. She handled all the details and foresaw any upcoming potential issues. It was really the easiest (and most profitable) move yet! Not only is she a joy to work with, but she really cares and is working for you every step of the way! I highly recommend Ginny Jackson and her entire team!

Ginny helped us sell our condo in Aurora, and purchase a new construction home in Plainfield. This was our first time selling a home and Ginny sat down with us and explained the entire process from beginning to end and answered every question we had. We were unsure of what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale. Ginny jumped right in making recommendations on what we should paint, some small repairs to make, what items we should remove and how to rearrange the furniture for the best flow. She even provided us with needed contractors. She helped with staging some small items around the home and facilitated professional photos, both of which made our home look its very best and really stand out above others on the market. As soon as our home hit the market we had many showing requests, which resulted in multiple offers. Ginny guided us and helped us compare the different offers so we could make a good decision. She also helped us navigate the appraisal process and we were able to sell our house over list price, and set a neighborhood high in our community. Ginny was there every step of the way, from the moment we began preparing our home through closing day. We highly recommend Ginny.
