My wife and I were trying to downsize and in the market for a ranch in the Naperville area with some very specific and difficult criteria. Ginny worked with us for over a year always available to show us what we wanted to see (even though sometimes she knew we wouldn't be interested). She found us a ranch which exceeded our expectations, then listed, staged and showed our house, we accepted an offer 4 days after listing which exceeded our expectations. Most importantly she was calming, professional, reasonable through both processes. Ginny is a very good realtor, and a good person.
