We were referred to Ginny through a former colleague who had relocated to the area. We were moving to the Naperville area from out of state, and knew very little about the region. Our introductory phone call with Ginny was very informative, and she asked a lot of questions regarding what we were looking for in a home, neighborhood and surrounding amenities. We were in town for a week, hoping to find the perfect home, and with Ginny's help we found it! She guided us in making a strong first offer, then stood by us through the negotiation process, as there was another buyer vying for the property, and we got our home! We flawlessly closed in 30 days. My husband and I have purchased many homes, in various states, in the past 20 years, and Ginny is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, calm, efficient, responsive and nice realtors we have ever worked with. We would highly recommend her to everyone.

I had a great experience working with Ginny Jackson to rent out my house. Ginny was highly recommended by a friend who Ginny helped sell the house. Ginny was super helpful, easy to work with, and gave really valuable advice that helped us get the place rented quickly. She helped us understand the renting process, including house preparation for viewings, arranging viewings etc. She made the whole process easier for us. You still have to do heavy lifting and prep the house, but with her advice it was just that much easier: we knew what was important and what was less important. Ginny was flexible with scheduling, always quick to respond, and made the whole process way less stressful. I'd definitely recommend Ginny to anyone looking to rent or list their home: with her local market insight (she's been living in our neighbourhood for many years) and experience, she's just a great ally to have on your side.

Ginny did an outstanding job. The family is all many states away and she took care of everything. She sold the furniture and items worth selling. Ginny found a consignment shop to take the collectibles for resale. She took care of junk dealers who cleaned out the rest of the house. Ginny set up Getting the house staged Which made a wonderful and quick sale over the asking price! The house never looked that good ever! Ginny Went above and beyond when the air-conditioning broke down, she found a repair company and made sure there was someone there to take care of it so that everything would run smoothly for the open house. I am so pleased that Ginny was the one we chose to be our realtor! You will be totally pleased with her as your realtir to take care if everything.

Ginny was a great person to work with through the sales process. She knows the housing sales process and what needs to be done. Since I hadn't sold a house in 42 years, I needed help and Ginny gave me what I needed. What I learned through the process is how critical house preparation is. She provided me with a stager who was outstanding and she got my house to look better than it ever has. I really don't know all that Ginny did on marketing, but it worked.
