Ginny was amazing to work with. She was patient with our situation, and very informative and honest at every step of the process. She had great references for everything including a handyman, carpet installer, etc. The staging suggestions that were provided made all the difference. And I was so impressed with the pictures and video that showcased our home. I would definitely use her to sell my home again, and if I was buying in the area, I would not hesitate to have her help me with that as well.

After living in our home for 20 years, Ginny Jackson was the best person for us to get the maximum value for our home with a quick sale. From the start she was spot on with her "touch-up" recommendations to get the most for our sale without excessive improvements. Based on the feedback we received, she knew the exact areas we needed to focus our efforts while minimizing our investment as well as staging recommendations. Ginny was also on-target with helping us establish our pricing strategy. Ken and I had the pleasure of working with Ginny Jackson and her group at Baird and Warner. They had VERY good communication and planning skills for the process of selling our home of 20 years. We felt like we were in a partnership with them and we were heard. It is no small task to prepare a home for sale. Ginny and her group had an arsenal of contractors, inspectors and stagers at the ready to make the process very easy. The selling of our unique property was a year in the making. At the time our home was to be listed the gardens and landscaping would not have been putting on a show. That in mind, photos of our yard and landscaping were taken last year. It was little details like this and many others that helped Ginny and her group present our home in the best way to earn top dollar. Ginny and her group were available all hours and with their hands on real time help it made the negotiation phase effortless. We could not have asked for a better team to work with!

Ginny did an outstanding job. The family is all many states away and she took care of everything. She sold the furniture and items worth selling. Ginny found a consignment shop to take the collectibles for resale. She took care of junk dealers who cleaned out the rest of the house. Ginny set up Getting the house staged Which made a wonderful and quick sale over the asking price! The house never looked that good ever! Ginny Went above and beyond when the air-conditioning broke down, she found a repair company and made sure there was someone there to take care of it so that everything would run smoothly for the open house. I am so pleased that Ginny was the one we chose to be our realtor! You will be totally pleased with her as your realtir to take care if everything.

We chose Ginny Jackson to sell our home because she not only had several years experience selling homes in Naperville but also in our neighborhood, Winding Creek. That point was important to us. We met Ginny after calling on a for-sale sign she recently placed in front of a house down the street from ours. I noticed the sign while walking our dog. I called the number and was impressed to hear from Ginny that that house was already under contract. She was also listing another home a few blocks away which also sold with in a few days. When Ginny told us that she had once lived in Winding Creek and raised her family there we came to the realization that Ginny Jackson was the best realtor to sell our home. She knew our neighborhood, the people, the schools, the benefits of Winding Creek and was currently closing on two homes there. We were quite impressed. While preparing our home for sale Ginny advised us on the colors for paint, carpeting, and hardwood flooring. She made suggestions to change two light fixtures and informed us that these are the things that today's home buyers want to see. A few weeks later we learned that Ginny was right in all of her suggestions. Our home sold in just a few days for a price we were very happy with.We recommend Ginny Jackson to sell your home.

I had a great experience working with Ginny Jackson to rent out my house. Ginny was highly recommended by a friend who Ginny helped sell the house. Ginny was super helpful, easy to work with, and gave really valuable advice that helped us get the place rented quickly. She helped us understand the renting process, including house preparation for viewings, arranging viewings etc. She made the whole process easier for us. You still have to do heavy lifting and prep the house, but with her advice it was just that much easier: we knew what was important and what was less important. Ginny was flexible with scheduling, always quick to respond, and made the whole process way less stressful. I'd definitely recommend Ginny to anyone looking to rent or list their home: with her local market insight (she's been living in our neighbourhood for many years) and experience, she's just a great ally to have on your side.
